Adam  came to ABTA LifeLine for help after he was made redundant, had mounting debts and was trying to set up his new home for his young son.

He was lost with what to do.

Lifeline quickly referred Adam to Citizen’s Advice Manchester who gave him vital advice on how to manage his debts and identified important additional benefits he could claim for boosting his income.

Lifeline was also able to help with food vouchers and purchased carpets for his new home; so important for when his son comes to visit.

Adam said ‘ABTA Lifeline has assisted me at the most difficult time when I just lost my job due to Covid-19, I moved to a new house and did not know where to start because I did not have the money. But with the support and assistance of ABTA Lifeline I can now enjoy my new home.’
